The jacket is knitted flat but a circular needle is recommend to accommodate all the stitches as the back and front are knitted in one piece to the armholes.
Drops Seascapes Cardigan is a garter stitch jacket knitted in two alternating shades of Drops Fabel. The stripes are worked with two rows of each shade. The original Seascapes pattern calls for Drops Fabel and Drops Delight but, since Delight has been discontinued, we have replaced it with a second shade of Fabel and hope you like the result as much as we do.
The jacket is knitted flat in one piece from the bottom hem to the armholes and then the fronts and back are completed separately. There is some shaping at the waist. The sleeves are both knitted flat. Stitches are picked up for the neckband and button bands.
