AUTUMN IN ISTANBUL is an asymmetrical trapezoid-shaped kite shawl which combines different knitting techniques. From short row waves, to mosaic colour-work and lace, you will never get bored knitting this shawl. It uses three different types of fingering weight yarns from Urth Yarns.

100g Urth Monokrom Fingerng, 3062 (100% merino wool)
100g Urth Harvest Fingering, Cinnamon (100% merino wool)

You will also need a 3.5mm x 80cm circular needle
The Autumn in Istanbul shawl was inspired by vibrant colors of falling leaves and the brisk weather of autumn but it will look fabulous in many different color combinations.
It is a perfect, lightweight shawl that can be used at crisp autumn days and nights over your favorite dress or blouse. You can also wrap it around your neck to warm you up.
