The Mmm Kerchief Cowl is designed by Nici Griffin aka Beanie Boat Designs.

Nici lives on a narrowboat, called Beanie, and creates her wonderful designs as she floats around.

This is a beautiful sideways constructed knitted bandana style cowl, the pattern being formed using a combination of knit, purl and slip stitches.  It is worked flat and then seamed at the end to join.  The pattern is clearly written with check boxes to track your progress, a reference chart and clear blocking schematics.

We’ve made it using one skein of gorgeous Uneek DK superfine Merino and 2 balls of Lana Gatto Merino, so it feels every bit as gorgeous as it looks.

You will need 4.0mm needles (80cm circular or long straight) which are not included in the kit.
