This range of Opal sock yarn is produced in a collaboration with UK-based yarn wholesalers, Viridian who have sponsored some of these rare breed sheep from Germany.

Schafpate literally translated means “Sheep Godfather” and these sheep have been named after family members of Viridian’s owner.
