The Opal Let’s Knit Sock pattern must be one of the longest patterns you will see but the results are stunning! The socks are knitted using short rows on the upper foot and leg using a multi-coloured ball of Opal Hundertwasser 4 sock yarn and a contrasting solid shade, such as Drops Fabel Uni. The pattern, designed by Heidrun Liegmann, has been translated into English and has clear illustrations throughout all 50+ pages.
The socks start with a provisional cast-on for the heel, then you complete the heel and sole, next the upper foot and finally the leg. You will need two 2.50mm circular needles 60 cm or 80cm
